Questions?
How often should vent hoods be cleaned?
The frequency of cleaning depends on the amount of usage your kitchen vent hood undergoes. We recommend having your kitchen vent hood cleaned every 3 months for heavy use and every 6 months for average use.
Why should your kitchen vent hood be regularly cleaned and maintained?
One of the main reasons for restaurant, cafeteria, and kitchen fires is due to built-up grease within the kitchen exhaust system. Vent hoods have the important job of sucking up polluted air and keeping grease vapors from spreading throughout the kitchen, but the grease particles do not just disappear. Over time they accumulate within the kitchen exhaust system, decrease the efficiency of your vent hood, and become a major fire hazard.
Do we have any certifications?
Our team has been trained and certified through Phil Ackland Kitchen Hood Cleaning and will help keep you up to the NFPA 96 Code.
